The artist that will be creating the Public Art piece Metamorphosis is from Eagan, MN.  Melvin Smith will be joining us at the Art Festival Saturday, June 29 & Sunday, June 30 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Come and meet Melvin and find out more about how this sculpture will be created!
