Artists:  We have been having some issues with the paypal function for our site.  If you upload your application but it does not process your payment, please send me an email.  In most cases, the easiest resolution is for you to put checks in the mail to the art festival, the other option is to have me delete the application and you can start again.  I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.  We have been working on solving the problem for the past two weeks and will post an update when it is fixed permanently.  Thank you for applying to the festival!
